could be worse. I saw a lifted jeep with a HUGE (I’m talking 2’ by 4’) banner of a confederate flag pull out of the Microsoft campus, and proceed to trundle down 520 straight in to Redmond. The flag even had something along the lines of “I’m sorry if my privilege offends you” embossed on it.

Hah, they do try. In five years I don’t think I’ve seen one home close according to the deadline, because everyone is just cramming everything in in too small of a window. Expectations are absurd. No one (pencil pushers at the office) accounts for the thousands of variables that go into building a home, and a single hiccup is like the end of days.

Especially in commercial builds. We’ve had entire crews walk out because the architect (fresh out of college with ZERO on site experience) had too many obvious errors. But, ya can’t beat the proposal price.

Like...one of those is the finger to the establishment that won the war. The other is the symbol of the establishment that wanted to crush the southern rebels. I don’t understand. I don’t get it.
